A Business Continuity and Resiliency (BCR) program is an ongoing project that encompasses all critical areas of an organization. The overall BCR project includes various internal projects, such as risk management, business impact analysis, resiliency strategy development, and plan development.
Effectively managing the BCR program and its internal projects requires a combination of in-depth knowledge and experience in both BCR and project management disciplines.
The RPMP designation is awarded in recognition of the knowledge and expertise possessed by the holder to manage projects across the organization and within BCR programs.

Project Management
Apply established project management principles, procedures, and policies to guide a project from conception through completion.
Resiliency Management
Apply established business resiliency methodology to develop and establish effective, comprehensive, and reliable BCR plans.
Resiliency Project Management
Apply established project management principles, procedures, and policies to BCR program and its projects from their conception to completion.
How to apply for RPMP certification?
Track A - RPMP Seminar + Certification Examination
RPMP seminar consists of two seminars and certification exams:
Day 1-3: CBRM – Certified Business Resilience Manager certification seminar
Day 4-5: RPM – Resiliency Project Management seminar
Track B - Points Based Assessment
This certification is awarded through a points-based evaluation process covering achievements in 3 segments:
- Segment A: Core Credentials – such as CBRM, CBRITP or equivalent
- Segment B: Training achievements
- Segment C: Work experience – in program/project management, business continuity and IT disaster recovery and related fields

5-day RPMP (Resiliency Project Management Professional) seminar
RPMP seminar is a "Track A" certification path option and it consists of two seminars and certification exams: Day 1-3: CBRM - Certified Business Resilience Manager certification seminar Day 4-5: RPM - Resiliency Project Management seminar
