REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to refunds for fees paid for seminar registrations. We allow a transfer to another class at no additional charge as long as the initial transfer notification is provided to us 60 days prior to the registered event, and the transferred event date is within a 1-year period from the date of the registration for the original event. For less than 60 days of transfer notification, we charge 20 percent of the total fee.
For cancellations, charges vary depending on the date of cancellation. BRCCI will refund:
- 50 percent of the total fee if the cancellation notice is received earlier than 60 days to the event date.
- 40 percent of the total fee if the cancellation notice is received earlier than 30 days to the event date.
- 10 percent of the total fee if the cancellation notice is received in less than 30 days to the event date.
The above policy applies to all services offered by BRCCI including training and certification testing.
